Basically, Waze is telling the user to go past the destination, through a loop and eventually get back to where the user originally wanted to be.
As far as I can tell, everything looks good, and it is a pretty simple configuration, but why the weird directions?
The only thing I can think of is that Waze is trying really hard to avoid left turns, but if so, that is ridiculous.
Heh, I see you found jalendragon's UR. About the only thing beyond the obvious of QW'ing the junction is to "nuke it" by drawing a round-about over that intersection, deleting it, and reconnecting. Doing that has side-effects that has a chance of curing this, it gives all intersection segments new segment IDs and destroys the old junction. This also works for fixing corrupted junctions that cause turn instructions for going straight through.
And as RallyChris said, we can't be sure if there used to be a restricted turn there, so a simple QW may not fix it.
